Melanie MacKenzie, Registered Nurse (RN)

Melanie MacKenzie, RN, graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Piedmont Community College in 2004. In addition to hospital experience in medical surgical nursing, Melanie has provided direct nursing support for Dr. Clark since 2005, assisting him with office surgical procedures, patient pre-operative assessments, patient care, and patient post operative follow up. Melanie is committed to ensuring the provision of the highest possible level of attention so that patients receive the medical support necessary to enhance the achievement o optimum outcomes.

Mrs. Mindi Mills-Kimrey, Certified Medical Aesthetician

Mindi Mills-Kimrey became a Certified Medical Aesthetician in 1999, graduating from the Progressive Institute of Advanced Esthetics in Cleveland, Ohio. Following her certification, Mrs. Mills-Kimrey began her career as a Medical Aesthetician at Duke University in Durham, NC. Wanting to move her practice closer to home, she returned to Burlington in 2000 when a Medical Skin Care Center opened with a focus on anti-aging treatments, an area of great interest and specialization for Mrs. Mills-Kimrey. She joined Dr. Madison Clark and the staff of Alamance ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in 2002, becoming a vital and essential member of the team that supports Dr. Clark with pre-operative and post operative surgical patients by ensuring these patients receive the highest quality of skin care preparation, treatment, instruction, and skin care products available leading to optimal surgical outcomes and healing. Mrs. Mills-Kimrey also specializes in the treatment of sun damaged skin as well as the use of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments commonly used to reduce the broken blood vessels and the spider veins on the face, neck, chest and other parts of the body.

Windy has worked with Dr. Clark since he came to North Carolina, and as such, has developed an unparalleled dedication to the service of his patients. She possesses the experience and knowledge to meet the individual needs of cosmetic surgery patients. Windy is committed to making sure your experience is ideal. She is your "go to" person, from scheduling your initial consultation to arranging any cosmetic procedures and/or surgery. She is available to answer questions or concerns, or to direct your inquiries to the appropriate resource within Dr. Clark's practice.
